Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.
- We received feedback that a GP did not have the right equipment during an appointment. We have checked that the equipment is available in all of our equipment bags and improved our induction process for staff members working at the practice.
- We are sharing more communication with patients through quarterly newsletters shared on the practice website and with print copies available in the practice and a patient information board in reception at the practice. You can view the latest edition of the newsletter here.
